• providing follow-up reminder/recall notices for treatment and preventative healthcare which are often issued by SMS.

• responding to your issues, inquiries or complaints;
• managing our relationship with you and providing you with information and updates regarding our business, products and services and new or additional products, services and opportunities available to you and generally managing and accounting for our products and services;
• improving our products and services and/or better understanding your needs;
• For the purposes of research only where de-identified information is used and to allow medical students and staff to participate in medical training/teaching (using only de-identified information).
• To comply with any legislative or regulatory requirements, e.g. notifiable diseases.
• Administrative purposes in relation to the operations of Dispensed as well as billing purposes;
• Accreditation and quality assurance activities to improve individual and community health care and practice management.

• the telephone number of both parties (internal and external).Personal information revealed during a telephone call will be digitally recorded for example name and contact details to deliver appropriate services. Occasionally 'special category' personal information may be recorded where an individual voluntarily discloses health, religious, ethnicity or criminal information to support their request for advice and/or services.
(b) The recordings will be stored on a secure server hosted by our phone provider (Dialpad) which will only be accessible by senior members of the management team, who will be issued with a username and password.
Call recordings will be used:
• to assist in the quality monitoring of staff performance;
• to investigate and resolve complaints;
• to identify training needs; and
• to ensure Dispensed is able to monitor and adhere to quality standards.
(c) The recordings will be handled, collected, held, stored, used and disclosed in accordance with this Policy and our obligations under applicable law.
