How does Dispensed work? 

Taking care of your health can be tremendously difficult; finding time for appointments, avoiding hidden charges, locating a nearby clinic, finding a reputable doctor, the list goes on. At Dispensed, we’ve turned that on its head. With New Zealand’s easiest-to-use online platform for access to natural plant-therapy doctors, you’ll be able to control your treatment from the comfort of your home.

Step 1: Questionnaire

To determine eligibility we’ll get you started with a quick questionnaire. This will help us get a better understanding of you, your health goals and determine next steps.

Step 2: Doctors Assessment

If therapy is deemed to be appropriate, we connect you with one of our experienced specialists who will personally review your submission. After the initial consultation, if deemed eligible the most suitable treatment will be determined and provided.

There are no upfront fees, meaning you only pay for your treatment plan if it’s approved. Our friendly team will also handle all doctors appointments and applications on your behalf, making Dispensed 100% commitment free. 

All appointments are online and there is no referral required.

Step 3: Delivery

After the doctor's assessment and approval, one of our partner pharmacies will have your prescription filled and express delivered to your door. All medicine is delivered in discreet packaging directly to your door for your convenience and privacy. There is no need to leave the house.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an appointment with a clinician?

All you need to do is fill out the Health Evaluation Form here. ‍You can select your consultation time once you’ve completed your form.

A clinician will assess the answers to your form and contact you at the scheduled time to discuss and determine eligibility, before recommending and prescribing a suitable treatment plan. 

As an existing patient, you will have access to your personal dashboard, where you also have the ability to book consultations where needed, at no extra cost.

How long is the treatment?

Our treatments last for as long as you need them, however, doctors can attain a better understanding of the effectiveness of treatment at least 30 days after starting therapy. Therapy can then be tailored accordingly and monitored monthly by assessing your response to treatment. 

Can I change my treatment?

If a change needs to be made to your treatment, Dispensed can facilitate without any hassle and at no extra cost. 

Simply access our online portal and book an appointment where you’ll then have an opportunity to discuss your treatment plan and any desired changes. 

All ongoing consultations are included as part of your subscription, so you’ll never be charged additional fees, no matter how many or how often you have consultations.
